HowTests Trademark Policy

3. Prohibited Use of Trademarks

The following uses of HowTests' Trademarks are prohibited:

Domain Names and Social Media Handles: Registering domain names, social media profiles, or other online identifiers that incorporate HowTests' Trademarks or confusingly similar variations.

4. Use by Partners and Licensees

Compliance: Use Trademarks in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement and this Trademark Policy.
Quality Standards: Maintain the quality standards set by HowTests to ensure consistency and protect the brand's reputation.

5. Reporting Unauthorized Use

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of HowTests' Trademarks, please report it to us at trademark@howtests.com. Provide detailed information about the alleged infringement to assist us in our investigation.
