Sardar Muhammad Usman hails from Gujranwala; he did his MPhil in Mathematics from GC University, Lahore, after completing his graduation in the same subject. While preparing for the CSS exam under the expert mentorship of Sir Syed Kazim Ali, he focuses on mastering English writing skills.
